Western blot assay of COX-1 and COX-2 expression by macrophage (Raw 264.7. 20) cells after LPS stimulation. For each lane of SDS polyacrylamide gels, 20 μg of protein was loaded. COX-1 and COX-2. The proteins were detected on nitrocellulose membranes using specific antibodies and visualized by enhanced chemiluminescence.
