Effects of KHU14 on the NO and PGE 2 production in mouse peritoneal macrophages. The cells were treated with 0, 1, 10, 50 and 100 μg/ml of KHU14 dissolved in DMSO respectively 30 minutes before stimulated with LPS (1 μg/ml) + IFN-γ (1 ng/ml) for 24 hours. The supernatants were collected and used for the measurement of the amount of (A) NO and (B) PGE2. The results are expressed as mean and SD.
