Effect of FZHY drug serum treated Kuppfer cell conditioned medium on quiescent HSC proliferation and Col-I secretion. HSC proliferation was assayed with [3H]TdR incorporation HSC; type I collagen secretion was measured at HSC supernatants with ELISA.
