Inhibitory effects of (a) QC and (b) QM on IgE production from U266 human B cells. Cells were grown at an initial concentration of 2 × 105cells/mL. QC and QM extracts were added at the indicated concentrations. At Day 6 the supernatants were harvested for total IgE assay. Cell viability after culturing U266 human cells with (c) QC or (d) QM was performed with MTT assay after six days of culture.
