Effects of DG post-treatment on mitochondrial Ca2+ loading and cytochrome c release in ISO-challenged rat hearts. Animals were sacrificed at four hours after ISO challenge. Myocardial mitochondrial Ca2+ content and cytochrome c release were measured.
