Effects of EGb761, quecertin and bilobalide on the production of O 2 - in the hypoxia-reoxygenated cardiomyocytes. The production of O2- in the cardiomyocytes was visualized using HEt-staining fluorescent imaging technology. HO: hypoxia; HR: hypoxia-reoxygenation. The concentration of EGb761, quecertin and bilobalide was 100 μg/ml. These representative data were obtained from three independent experiments.
