Effects of baicalein (Bai) on rotenone (RT)-induced imbalance in the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, cleaved caspase-3 and phopho-ERK1/2. Cells were pretreated with Bai for 1 hour and then cotreated with 20 μM RT for 24 hours in serum-free medium. Blots were stripped and reprobed for β-actin as a loading control.
