  1. Xh-CL and WT mice (n = 5 in each group) were treated with 0.1 or 0.2 mg/kg triptolide, mice were dosed every other day for 30 days. The severity of lesions in the tissues was graded as follows: +, moderate; ±, mild; and −, negative
