Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino (SP) exhibited anti-inflammatory effects in Pam3CSK4-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells (n = 3). RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with SP with different concentrations for 4 h before Pam3CSK4 (200 ng/mL) stimulation for another 12 h. a Nitric oxide (NO) was determined by Griess assay. TLR1/TLR2 antagonist: CU-CPT22 (CU) was selected as the positive control.
