RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino (SP) (n = 3) for 4 h before Pam3CSK4 (200 ng/mL) stimulation for another 12 h. NO was captured by Leica TCS SP8 laser scanning confocal microscope with 5 μM DAF-FM diacetate (4-amino-5-methylamino-2′,7′-difluorofluorescein diacetate).
