Effect of LB on the expression of INOS, MPO, SIgA and MDA in rats induced with TNBS. ELISA assay was performed to detect the production of INOS (F = 36.97, df = 17), MPO (F = 20.34, df = 17), SIgA (F = 58.30, df = 17) and MDA (F = 42.37, df = 17) in colonic tissues of CD rats from different groups. The results were expressed as the mean ± SD of at least three experiments. ##P < 0.01 compared with the control group. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 compared with the model group
