Inhibition of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways were participated in the anti-inflammatory process of CPT in RAW264.7 cells. The cells were pretreated with CPT (0, 2, 4, 8 μM) for 1 h before exposure to lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 1 μg/mL) for 8 h. The protein expressions of a, b inhibitor of kappa B α (IκBα), a, c inhibitor of kaapa B kinase (IKK)α/β, d, e p38, d, f c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), d, g extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) were determined by immunoblotting. n = 3. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared with LPS alone group
