Trilobatin increased glucose uptake in palmitate-induced C2C12 myotubes. After C2C12 myotubes were incubated with 0.2 mM palmitate (PA) in the presence or absence of indicated concentrations of trilobatin (Tri) for 24 h, the cells were stimulated with 100 nM insulin for 30 min, and then incubated with 2-NBDG for 30 min. The uptake of 2-NBDG was determined as described in “Methods”.
