Trilobatin regulated the expression and translocation of GLUT4 in palmitate-treated C2C12 myotubes. After the differentiated C2C12 myotubes were incubated with 0.2 mM palmitate (PA) without or with indicated doses of trilobatin (Tri) for 24 h, the cells were washed once and stimulated with 100 nM insulin for 15 min. The cell lysates were used to determine the expression of GLUT4 in membranes (a) and cytoplasm (b), and the ratio of GLUT4 in membrane and cytoplasm was calculated (c).
