Anemoside B4 attenuates the effect of S100A9 recombinant protein on the phosphorylation and activation of NF-κB and MAPKs in Caco-2 cells. Human Caco-2 cells were treated with S100A9 recombinant protein (1 µg/mL) for 1 h, and cell were treated with anemoside B4 for 6 h. a Phosphorylation of p65, ERK1/2, JNK1/2 and p38 MAPK and total proteins were analyzed by Western blotting. b Analysis of S100A9 and its downstream protein level.
