TI mitigated ROS generation in H9c2 cells. a H9c2 cells were exposed to t-BHP (150 μM) at different points in time (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 h) respectively. Cells labeled with DCFH2-DA (1 μM) for 0.5 h were evaluated by flow cytometry. c Cells pretreated with TI (1 μM) for 2 h, stimulated with t-BHP (150 μM) for 4 h, then, DCFH2-DA (1 μM) was used to stain cells for 0.5 h.
