Effects of 3,3′4,5′-TMS and 3,4′,5-TMS on NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation. The cells were pretreated with 3,3′,4,5′-TMS or 3,4′,5-TMS (50 µM) for 4 h and then co-treated with LPS (1 µg/mL) for another 4 h for immunofluorescence staining. P65 protein was represented by green fluorescence while the nuclear was indicated by blue fluorescence
