A H1688 and A549 cells were treated with NC (0.5 and 1 μm) or DDP (15 μm) for 48 h respectively. Total cellular extracts were prepared and subjected to WB analysis using antibodies against GSDMC, GSDMD, GSDME, cas 3, cl-cas 3 and β-Actin. B H1688 and A549 cells were treated with NC (0.5 μM) for 24, 36 and 48 h, total cellular extracts were prepared and subjected to WB analysis using antibodies against cas 3, cl-cas 3, GSDME and β-Actin. C H1688 or A549 cells were transfected with siRNA targeting caspase 3 (si-cas 3) or siRNA (control) and then treated with NC for 48 h.
