Effect on CK-MB, LDH and AngII in AMI mice. A Mice were administered with TE (400 mg/kg, i.g.), RAF (100 mg/kg, i.g.), PAF (300 mg/kg, i.g.), 0.5% CMC-Na (i.g.) or fosinopril (10 mg/kg, i.g.) for 7 days. The serum levels of CK-MB, LDH were analyzed by Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. B Mice were administered with RAF-L (25 mg/kg, i.g.), RAF-M (50 mg/kg, i.g.), RAF-H (100 mg/kg, i.g.), 0.5% CMC-Na (i.g.) or fosinopril (10 mg/kg, i.g.) for 7 days. The serum levels of CK-MB, LDH were analyzed by Automatic Biochemical Analyzer and the plasma level of AngII was detected by ELISA. Data are represented as the mean ± SEM of 8 mice per group. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001 compared with the Model group
