The effects of PNS on oxidative stress and glucose level in zebrafish. A PNS compound target proteins regulate anti-oxidants through TXNRD1 enzyme and transcription factors including NRF2, p53, AP-1 and NF-kB. Hmox1, SOD1, GCLc and PRDX1, takes place in the ROS suppression pathway and inhibit reactive oxygen radicals and hydrogen peroxide.
