B Washed human platelets (3.6 × 108 cells/mL) were preincubated with a solvent control (0.1% DMSO) or glabridin (5–30 µM), followed by the addition of collagen (1 µg/mL) to stimulate platelet aggregation. For further experiments, washed platelets were preincubated with a solvent control (0.1% DMSO) or glabridin (20 and 30 µM), followed by the addition of collagen (1 µg/mL) to stimulate C Lyn, D Fyn, E Syk, and F integrin β3 phosphorylation.
