Effects of the oral administration of ZSSG in sodium pentobarbital treated mice. Mice were orally administered drinking water, Diaz (2.50 mg/kg), or ZSSG (0.19, 0.57 g/kg) for 30 consecutive days. Sodium pentobarbital (54 mg/kg)-induced sleep tests were carried out. The sleep latency (A), sleep time (B), and body weight of the mice were recorded (C).
