Effect of catalpol on plasma glucose levels in STZ-fat diabetic rats in an oral glucose challenge test. A solution of catalpol at 50 mg/kg or the same volume of vehicle was intragastrically administrated into rats. Then, a glucose dose of 2.5 g/kg was intragastric administration into each rat.
