Effect of trans-FA on the migration of H1299 cells. Trans-FA inhibits cell migration of NSCLC tumor H1299 cells at the highest dose (0.6 mM). a 3 × 105 cells were seeded in a 12-well plate and cells were scraped to create a clean 1-mm area within the confluent culture.
