Effect of furanodiene (FUR) on P-gp function in doxorubicin-resistant MCF-7 cells. P-gp function evaluation was performed by a 30-min incubation of Rhodamine 123 (a) and Calcein AM (c) using flow cytometry after 1-h treatments with furanodiene (FUR), verapamil (VRP), and cyclosporine A (CYA). The corresponding statistical result (b, d) was shown with VRP and CYA as positive controls. Data were expressed as mean ± S.E.M. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001 vs. negative control
