HWG and RA sensitizing CDDP activity inhibiting migration of RCC 786-O cells. RCC cells were incubated with various concentrations (50–200 Î¼g/mL) of HWG alone or in combined with CDDP (5 μM) (a); (25 ~ 100 Î¼M) of RA alone or in combined with CDDP (b). The migration abilities were determined using a Matrigel invasion assay. The cells in the lower surface of the Borden chamber were stained and photographed under a light microscope at 400× magnification. The quantification of migration and invasion abilities are shown in a histogram. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. ∗P < 0.05, ∗∗P < 0.01 compared with the CDDP
