Effect of HWG and RA on the decreased RCC 786-O cell migration capacity caused by CDDP treatment. Scratch wound healing assay was used to explore cell migration capacity. a Monolayers of RCC cells treated with HWG (50–200 Î¼g/mL) alone or in combined with CDDP (5 μM) were scraped and the number of cells in the denuded zone was photographed and quantified after indicated times (0, 6 h). b Monolayers of RCC cells treated with RA (25–100 Î¼M) were scraped and the number of cells in the denuded zone was photographed and quantified after indicated times (0, 6 h).
