SGE moderated the inflammation-related proteins in serum and the joint muscles. On the day-50, the blood and joint muscles were collected. The serum C-reactive protein (CRP) (a) was detected by ELISA kit. The expression levels of IL-1β (b), IL-6 (c) and IL-10 (d) in joint muscles were determined with ELISA kits and immunohistochemical staining (E&F).
