TI pretreatment lightened myocardial necroptosis to improve MI/R injury by RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway. After ischemia for 30 min and reperfusion for 2 h, hearts were collected, homogenized. The supernatant was collected to detect the related necroptosis proteins (a). The protein expressions of a, b p-RIP1/RIP1, a, c p-RIP3/RIP3, a, d p-MLKL/MLKL were evaluated by western blotting.
