Network pharmacology and bioinformatics analysis on aloin. A Aloin-targeted proteins screened by PharmMapper were imported into STRING to analyze the interaction network and to construct a key network of aloin drug-target interactions. B The aloin target group and the osteosarcoma-related gene group were annotated to find the intersection of the groups. C Related pathways were screened from a key network of aloin by KEGG pathway analysis. D Aloin-related diseases, signaling pathways and biological processes were screened by the KEGG database.
