PCOS-like rats and obese rats represented the obesity phenotype and exhibited an increase of WAT and a decrease in scapular BAT, and EA reversed this situation. Rats at the age of 21 days were implanted with DHT to induce a PCOS-like phenotype, and the other group was fed a high-fat diet to induce an obese phenotype.
