Salidroside reduced the oxidative stress of Glu-injured HT22 cells and increased the protein expression of SLC7A11 and GPX4. A Salidroside decreased the content of MDA in Glu-injured HT22 cells when compared with the Glu group. B, C The content of SOD and the ratio of GSH/GSSG in the salidroside group were increased when compared with the Glu group.
