Model of the inhibitory effect of PSO on osteosarcoma functions. PSO can readily associate with ITGB1, thus affecting the signaling pathway downstream of ITGB1. ITGB1 is a transmembrane receptor that mediates the link between cells and their external environment. It mainly mediates the adhesion between cells and extracellular matrix components. Targeting ITGB1 in OS could reduce the proliferation and migration ability of OS and induce the apoptosis of OS cells
