BGXJW administrations upregulate mRNA and protein levels of key enzymes of β-oxidation reduced by alcohol. C57BL/6 mice were grouped and fed as indicated in material and methods. The mRNA and protein were collected and tested at the indicated time points, respectively. A–D The mRNA levels of CPT1A, PPAR-α, ACOX1, LCAD, in liver tissues were subjected to RT-qPCR analysis.
