β-peltatin inhibits pancreatic tumor growth of BxPC-3 cells in vivo. BxPC-3 cells were administered via subcutaneous injection into the right flank of nude mice. Upon the tumor reaching a size of 100 mm3, mice were randomly divided into three different groups: vehicle, β-peltatin (15 mg/kg) and podophyllotoxin (15 mg/kg).
